How do I get rid of this ear pain? - ear pain

I had this pain in the jaw and left ear for several months. The ear pain may be so strong that I use to get rid of heat and only sooner.
I have had sinusitis or 3 times this year and my doctor changed me zyrtec Clarita had. I had pneumonia last month and the tightness in the chest does not seem to leave ever since.
My doctor says that he finds nothing wrong with the left ear, but I know it seems to believe something by ear, it is complete and it consumes a large amount of earwax.
I do not smoke, I know that it does not matter.
